you have three choices:

I
respond to e-mails within one working day - unless I'm on holiday,
when existing clients are looked after by a 'locum' service
and new clients are helped to find what they need from a fellow
professional.
I always try to answer all calls to my mobile straight away
between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm. Please bear in mind
though that I may be in the middle of soldering a crucial joint
or getting to the root of a particularly absorbing fault finding
procedure. If I don't answer straight away don't be shy. Leave
a message and I'll call you as soon as I can.Any
message left on my office/home number is answered as I listen
to it -
but not after 8.00pm unless it's an existing client with an
emergency.
